What is PICKUP CLUB?

PICKUP CLUB is our new, exciting loyalty program accessible through the app! No action needed – all app users will automatically become PICKUP CLUB members, who will see their tier level and associated benefits right on the app homepage. If customers do not have the app and want to join, they need to download the app, PICKUP COFFEE, on the App Store / Google Play. Upon creating an app profile, they will then become part of PICKUP CLUB. 

Do I need to pay to join PICKUP CLUB?

No! It is free. No registration, subscription, or hidden fees. 

What does PICKUP CLUB look like?

There are four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Emerald, and Gold with varying access to benefits. Under “view member benefits,” members can see what they are eligible for. We hope to keep enhancing our benefits for you in the future!

What do the benefits include?

The benefits differ based on the member spend tracker, which is found on the app homepage. The more spend a customer has, the more benefits they get. These include a birthday gift, monthsary gift, vouchers, free shipping, exclusive merchandise, and more. 

What is monthsary gift?

Monthsary gift is when members get a free gift (i.e., a free UPsize) every time they celebrate their monthsary with us. If their first transaction was on the 16th of April, every 16th, they will have a free gift from us. This is to express gratitude for being a loyal customer.

How long do I have to redeem my birthday and monthsary gift? 

The app shows everything – from when members are able to get their gift to until when exactly. 

Birthday gift is available for redemption any time during a member’s birth month.

Monthsary gift is available for redemption 7 days starting on the member’s monthsary date.

What happened to my stamps?

You may still redeem them as usual from your stamp wallet. Do note that these will be leaving soon, and will be replaced by a new loyalty rewards program.

What happened to my club card?

As of loyalty launch, we will no longer be offering this. In the future, we will be rolling out a QR individual loyalty member code used to identify our members.

How about the app promos?

We still offer them – do not worry. Check your wallet for everything members are eligible for.
