Mechanics:
The Charlotte Folk x PICKUP COFFEE Gray colorway hoodie will be limited to 100 pieces only.
Promo is open to all registered PICKUP APP Users.
Download the PICKUP App on your mobile device and Top up your PICKUP Points wallet.
The pieces will be exclusively produced for those who rank within the top 100 wallet top-ups between Aug 12, 2023 - Aug 22, 2023 (12:00 AM).
Winners will be announced on August 26, 2023.
Each hoodie will be numbered in accordance with the winner’s ranking on the Wallet Top-ups Leaderboard (e.g., the top 1/100 on the leaderboard will receive a hoodie numbered “1/100”).
The leaderboard may be viewed at https://www.pickup-coffee.com/charlottefolk .
Winners will be notified thru registered mail.
In claiming the prize, winners must present a government issued ID and a screenshot of their registered PICKUP App account.
Winners will also be notified when their limited edition PICKUP COFFEE x Charlotte Folk Hoodie is available for delivery via email with a delivery fee of P150.00.
Redemption period is until 60 days from the date of announcement. Otherwise, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of PICKUP COFFEE with prior DTI Approval.

Terms and Conditions:
Leaderboard will be available during the PICKUP App Launch party on August 12, 2023, and on our website at www.pickup-coffee.com for the entire promo duration.
Leaderboard will reflect the total accumulated top-up amount of participants.
Top-ups made outside the promo period will not be counted.
Leaderboard will be updated every 8 PM for the entire promo duration.
This Promo is open to Philippine residents only.
We will email the top 100 PICKUP friends to confirm their slot and hoodie size and provide the correspondence address on August 23, 2023.
Each hoodie will be produced in accordance with the winner’s size of choice
Winners will also be notified when their limited edition PICKUP COFFEE x Charlotte Folk Hoodie is available for delivery via email
PICKUP COFFEE reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this promo at any time without giving any prior notice.
PICKUP COFFEE shall not be liable for any claims by winners or third-party claims or losses of any nature.
In claiming the prize, PICKUP COFFEE may request identification documents or further information to verify and check the prize winner's identity, to prevent gaming and fraud.
All prizes must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Any prizes not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited, and no claims for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
Unless otherwise provided, all prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
How to determine Winners:
Winners will be determined via ranking system based on the accumulated value topped up during the duration of the contest.
Top 100 registered PICKUP APP users with the most value of top up will be part of the ranking
